I have used them since 2007 and never had any issues with them on hosting. No downtimes, fast servers. Maybe it’s the server you are on. See if they can move you onto a new one. One thing I can give you is the crappy webmail interface, but it looks like they are upgrading that now. I never use the webmail anyway.
